Well, I think for the purposes of this particular video, I should actually show that I can speak Spanish. I am perfectly fluent in both written as well as spoken form in both languages. My French is serviceable, but not really at the level of my English or my Spanish.
Our dispatch software was all proprietary and web-based, and we have extensive experience in dealing with those tools in order to manage deliveries for the products that we were distributing. And I think the best part was exactly what you mentioned here in the question, which is the communication efficiency. When you have real-time communication tools that allow you to be in contact, in direct contact with the customers so that you can better manage their deliveries, I think that makes all the difference in the world. Yes, software can organize deliveries and scheduling and everything, but being able to have direct real-time communication with final customers is by far the most efficient way in which you can avoid any delivery issues when it comes to products or services. And we had, well, I could say between Great HealthWorks and Tosing, that I have a full 10 years of experience in dealing with dispatch distribution and managing scheduling for deliveries and logistics.
When it came to the area of deliveries of our products in Great HealthWorks, mostly the type of conflicts that we have were time-related. There were problems with time administration for the customers that were expecting things to be delivered at a certain time. So what I did, and it was my personal suggestion, was to develop a way in which you could have real-time communication with customers at the same time that we had real-time communication with the delivery personnel so that we could coordinate personally the deliveries and thus avoid the type of conflicts that were created by those timing and scheduling issues. We didn't have any pickups. That's not something that I had experience working with, but with deliveries, I couldn't tell you the amount of experience that we have, but it was mostly time-related conflicts that we ended up dealing with.

The company I worked for had a contract with a towing service called Towzing, and they operated out of the Colorado area. And during that time, which was a little bit over three years, actually three years and two months, we had extensive experience in dispatching towing services to many locations at the same time in the Colorado area. And the priority was established.
