Member of the APQP team, responsible for the development and updating of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams for part numbers in development and mass production stages, ensuring continuous maintenance through updates derived from customer complaints, deviations, and engineering changes.. Responsible for PPAP submission for mass production products related to engineering changes, including resin changes, component supplier changes, and production transfers to new machines.. Emission and management of PPAP documentation for T3, PV, Run & Rate, and Safe Launch stages, including Inspection Plan, Special Characteristics and Key Features Diagram, Project Development Record, Visual Inspection Guideline, Defect History, and Internal Packaging Standard, ensuring proper updates and application during new project launches and mass production.. Supervision and coordination of in-process quality control personnel, ensuring proper machine start-up approvals in injection molding, assembly, laser, and stamping areas, as well as execution of hourly inspections in production areas, inspection stations, and GP-12, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.. Validation of production processes (compounding, injection molding, stamping and assembly) through compliance audits, resulting in failure identification, definition of corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring their implementation and effectiveness.. Monitoring and analysis of quality KPIs (scrap, rework, and PPM), ensuring target achievement through the preparation and submission of periodic reports to corporate, including total PPM consolidation, identification of high-defect parts, root cause analysis, and the definition, implementation, and follow-up of corrective actions focused on continuous improvement.
