Support customers for inquiries in local language. Participate in cross-functional Area meetings, discussing solutions for daily problems involving other teams.. Understands customer’s supply chain global accounts likes DSV Air & Sea PA, Inc, DHL Forwarding, Damco, Samsung SDS, LG Pantos, Panasonic, 3M, Kuehne Nagel, Nestle, Hewlett Packard & Del Monte process requirements and present to management for acceptance. Handles customs activities requiring local language and/or visits to Customers.. Internal and external point of entry for customs matters, across all area departments. Duly communicates local customs developments to responsible parties. Evaluates impact of local customs requirements to ensure compliance. Participate and support the global/regional projects related to Customer Service. Assist in the rollout and drive the usage of new and existing product offerings by HL.. Support and mentor counter team for managing following tasks related to payment postings, container releases, local document stamping, OBL issuance and acceptance, BL amendments in urgent cases.service support of Global. Supervise team members performance and success.. Monitoring the key performance indicators (KPI) to achieve quality promises to our customer, timely and accurate documentation (invoices, booking, arrival notice, bill of lading) implementing correctness & establish actions plans to ensure quality promises to customer.. Handling overdue cargo process between customers, shipping line, port terminal and local authorities.. Handling of SIGA (National Customs Systems) general information & procedures of import, export, return shipment, change of destination process.. Assists staff with trouble shooting issues and handles elevated problems. Keeps staff up-to-date on new requirements, processes and procedure. Provides training for staff on new systems, regulations and requirements. Assists with the development of new procedures and opportunities to meet targets.

Tracing shipments to assure that all containers were loaded as per booking list.. Crosscheck port terminal terminal BAPLIE file against Hapag-Lloyd load plan cargo documentation and manifest as temperature, OOG & DG.. Submit final load list considering (local, transshipment & empty containers). Preparing, coordinating and supervise transshipment activities, Change of Destination & return shipments.. Point of entry for customer’s claims.. Coordinate local surveys operations with all related parties (local authorities, port terminal & surveyors).. Revise & update terminal departure report (TDR) against Hapag Lloyd freight systems.. Create & update date/time vessels arrival and departure.. Approved, Rejects & request update port terminal & third parties suppliers extra charges as storage, reefer monitoring, rehandling and various related costs.. Prepare cost proforma for special cargo shipments ie. Out-of-Gauge & breakbulk.. Coordinate & update booking issues at port gate terminal (customers & truckers).. Prepare port terminal & third parties suppliers cost proforma 24Hrs. after vessel departure & input on SAP.. Handle any discrepancy on cost proforma in order to update or coordinate payment.. Internal Controlling Check List Reports review.. Maintain Subcontractor tariff and agreement.. ADHOC Ops cost if any and handle ADHOC Inland and Terminal Rate requirements.

Billing Agency Fees, communications & all related expenses per vessel’s call.. Prepare Statement of Accounts to Flota Petrolera Ecuatoriana.. Tracking customer’s payments & handle invoice’s claims.

Bank reconciliation.. Registry in the General ledgers and Auxiliaries of account payables.. Third Parties payments.. Elaborate maturity day analysis.. Billing of long term patience statement of account.. Credit insurances Co. payments.. Doctors / nurses fee payments.. Registry of payments.
