I was appointed to help new agents with their tones and also keeping them in the right head space.. Also had to maintain a conv of 16% or higher daily along with 12 or more sales.. Reporting to work on time although sometimes did made it in I would like to say 5-10 minutes behind my time but not as frequently as one would think.
