It was a time when I was working at the biosphere, and I just clocked out of my eight-hour shift. And there was an older lady in a wheelchair, and she was looked confused, and I asked her if everything was all right, and she said no, she was lost and she didn't know where her car was. So she was completely on the other side of the campus. I ended up walking her to the parking lot, took an extra 45 minutes, but it made her day.
