Equipment Installation & CalibrationSystem Setup: Securely mounting the artificial X-ray generator and the high-speed linear X-ray receiving sensor array.Calibration & Baselines: Running initial baseline scans to establish a "signature map" of internal structures.System Diagnostics: Verifying that the real-time data transmission lines (such as fiber optic cables routed to the monitoring room) and image recognition software are functioning correctly.2. Live Scanning & Data InterpretationQuality Assurance (QA): Inspecting joints and internal structures to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications.Defect Detection: Monitoring real-time grayscale X-ray feeds and algorithmic software to identify critical damage events, including:Broken or damaged internal components caused by fatigue or heavy impacts.Internal displacement or movement indicating structural abnormalities.Perforations, core corrosion, and deep scratches from trapped materials.Damage Prevention: Instantly identifying localized abnormalities to prevent further damage.3. Industrial Safety & Radiation ComplianceExclusion Zone Management: Enforcing strict perimeter safety standards around the active industrial X-ray unit. Ensuring warning lights are visible and no personnel enter within the scatter-radiation zone while the generator is energized.Adherence to ALARA: Following "As Low As Reasonably Achievable" radiation exposure protocols, using portable dosimeters, and conducting regular radiation leakage surveys on the equipment casing.Emergency Protocols: Immediately stopping operations or shutting down the X-ray generator if an unsafe operating condition occurs.4. Reporting & Maintenance AuditingPredictive Maintenance Mapping: Pinpointing the exact location of detected damage.Condition-Based Reporting: Generating comprehensive structural audit reports for maintenance managers, detailing which sections are safe to operate, which require standard monitoring, and which require immediate repair or replacement.Lifecycle Tracking: Archiving historical scanning data to predict the remaining useful life of the inspected asset, minimizing unscheduled operational downtime.BE ABLE TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL IN FUTURE TO PERFORM SIMILAR WORKS ON OTHER SITES INTERNATIONALLY.Preferably speak and write English to communicate with customers on an international level.Important RequirementCandidates must have experience and qualifications relevant to INDUSTRIAL X-RAY applications.
