We Learn is a learner-centered language education provider offering tailored English programs for teenagers, adults, and professionals. Role Description: REMOTE English Second Language Teacher role based in Lima. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons for learners of different ages and proficiency levels, following We Learn's English methodology and curriculum guidelines. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and materials, teaching group and one-to-one classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, contribute to progress reports, and participate in teacher meetings and training sessions. Collaboration with colleagues and staff to improve course quality and learner experience is also a core part of the role. We require candidates to have a stable and consistent schedule. Availability should be fixed, with no random gaps or scattered open hours. Applicants should be available from Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m Qualifications Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with the ability to manage diverse classrooms.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including adapting materials and activities to different age groups and proficiency levels.Experience preparing learners for English proficiency exams such as IELTS and Cambridge exams.Excellent command of spoken and written English; C1 Advanced level.Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and/or degree in Communications, Education, or a related field preferred.Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused and inclusive approach.Comfort with using digital tools and platforms to support teaching and learner engagement.
