We are recruiting contractors familiar with roofing, HVAC, and general repairs and rehabs. Requirements: For all work, you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smartphone with Wi-fi, etc. We require an Aspen Grove account, background check, and request all contractors use the mobile apps (either Pruvan or PPW). For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability with Errors & Omissions. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or provide a letter of exemption.
