We are seeking a legal assistant who is able to work at a fast pace for an available position at our medium sized law firm in our Residential Mortgage Closing and Residential Real Estate departments. Duties would include preparation of contracts, preparing files for closing, interacting with clients, title companies, mortgage companies, and other law firms. Law firm and residential real estate experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is either in paralegal school, possesses a paralegal degree, or has relevant work experience. Qualifications: - MS Word and general computer proficiency required - Personable and enthusiastic Salary commensurate with experience.
