McCarthy Masonry and Concrete Inc is hiring the following positions: Concrete Foreman *The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, effective time management skills, be able to delegate tasks to other crew members and see all jobs to proper and timely completion. *This role requires a team leader and a team builder. *Looking for a seasoned individual with 5 years proven concrete commercial experience: able to read blueprints, specialize in structural commercial projects, site plans, rebar drawings, and specialty shop drawings *The individual in this role is responsible for working with and managing a crew, coordinating materials and equipment, and will possess the knowledge of jobsite conditions and safety. *Must have your own tools *The ideal candidate will be able to pass all required pre-employment drug screens and possess a clean driving record. *Applicants must also be able to provide reliable daily transportation to and from work *Excellent starting salary based on experience Excellent Administrative skills (Crew time reporting, paperwork, turn in receipts) Full time Monday - Friday Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K benefits available after 90 days OSHA 10 or 30 Preferred – must complete within 90 days of hire Must be able to lift 80lbs Does this sound like a job for you?
