Full-Time overnight Watchguard needed ASAP for our 16-acre industrial live/work campus in Lincoln Heights. This overnight position’s post will be located at the entrance of the campus from 10pm to 6am Wednesday – Sunday. There will be two days of paid training, and additional hours and days will be available periodically during holidays, special events, and fill-in time while other Watchguard staff are absent. Specific Duties: • Entrance management which includes directing visitors and ensuring that unauthorized people and/or products do not enter the campus • Provide excellent customer service to our tenants and guests by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities • Interact with tenants and visitors to enforce rules and regulations and ensure safety • Communicate with law enforcement and other first responders when necessary • Work independently but at the direction of our Lead Watchguard • Report suspicious activities and maintenance issues to the office as well as other watchguard personnel • Conduct random patrols around the property and facilities including grounds, parking areas, interior building passageways and other common areas, if so directed • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • A current, valid Guard Card is required. A PPSO license will have to be obtained during employment (fees will be paid for by company) • Must have at least 2 years of guard experience • Must have reliable transportation and ability to consistently arrive on time • Must be able to demonstrate legal right to work in United States • Must be willing to provide self-attestation of COVID-19 vaccination status and comply with all applicable company and state and federal guidelines related to COVID-19 safety Please reply with resume, three references, and your availability for an in-person interview and property walk-through.
