Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. Duties: • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new customers • Cold call on new potential customers that meet the profile of US Paper • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management • Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customer • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction • From time to time deliver product to your customer Experience: • MUST have at least 2 year’s experience in food service industry (unless you have experience in sales) • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field • Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product value propositions • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets • Exceptional customer service abilities with the capacity to build and maintain relationships • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus • MUST have your own transportation for this position • Valid driver’s licenses • Willingness to undergo random drug and alcohol tests as part of company policy. This is 100% commission base position with no ceiling/cap. Your earning potential is based on your ability to sell!
