We are in search of a Full Time Construction Office Assistant to join our Team. The Office Administrator will support the Project Managers and management. Job Requirements: • Management and tracking of claims. • File Permits scheduling and management. • Project administration and document control. • Administration and organization of document transmittal to customers, carriers and mortgage companies. • Other duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications: • Must have high school diploma or equivalent. • Have 2-4 years of higher education or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years experience working in a office. • Previous experience around the construction field is preferred. • Ability to effectively communicate. • Able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects. • Ability to work well independently and in a group setting. • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual. M-F 8:30am-5:00pm - You must arrive at work by 8:15am. Offices are on W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac 33309. Benefits after 90 days probation period. Bilingual is a Plus (Spanish).
