A well-established mental health/psychiatry private practice in Beachwood, Ohio is looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist. Opportunity to move into full time position, if wanted. Professionally and effectively answer and route incoming calls and answer routine questions. Greet patients, visitors, guests and vendors entering the practice. Check patients in, register new patients and facilitate completion of necessary paperwork with attention to detail. Oversee and collect patient's co-pays and balance due and enter into our software system. General office duties include sorting incoming mail, manage and stock office supplies, use standard office equipment. Coordinate, support and manage office workflow for staff and patients. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are an asset along with a positive attitude. Reliable transportation and ability to work in the office Monday through Friday.
