Matilda at The Henson is a new fine dining restaurant located in Hensonville, NY, in the heart of the Catskills. Owned in partnership with Michelin starred Chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske (Bar Contra and Wildair in NYC) and Ely and Danielle Franko (The Hunter Houses), Restaurant Matilda at The Henson is opening Spring 2024. We are currently hiring for all BOH positions to join the team at Matilda! We are happy to offer employee housing for full time employees!
