Grounds and Landscape Help needed to maintain large estate and gardens in the Village of Bemus Point . Some of the duties are Edging and trimming with gas powered trimmer. Raking . Pruning, sweeping. General landscaping work . Maintenance of buildings and grounds . The right person for this job is , hard-working , a good communicator and able to lift 50 lbs . Positive attitude and Has Experienced and knowledge of how to care for and maintain equipment. We provide on the job instructions All equipment provided. No smoking on premises. Three days per week Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 8:30 am to 1 pm
