Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets for assigned territory - Develop sales with Repair and Replace segment - Expand sales with new construction builders and contractors - Provide product training to contractors - Implement pricing, discounts, and programs - Manage Distribution partners - Conduct quarterly reviews and set milestones - Monitor field sales and take corrective action - Resolve customer complaints promptly - Provide monthly reports as prescribed Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 3 years of sales management experience - Industry knowledge in construction products - Strong negotiation and organizational skills - Ability to present key data effectively - Proficiency in CRM and other tools - Willingness to travel 40% - 75%
