Responsibilities: - Develop sales plans to acquire new clients and grow existing business. - Generate leads through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and other sales activities. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions. - Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential customers. - Manage client renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Represent Hylant at industry events and trade shows. - Negotiate commission and fee arrangements within pricing guidelines. - Perform other duties and special projects as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, specifically in moving and storage national accounts. - Familiarity with Hylant sales and client service methodologies. - Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Willingness to travel for business-related functions. - Legally authorized to work in the United States.
