Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to guests of Pelican Larry’s and Off the Bone BBQ. - Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns. - Ask probing questions to understand customer needs. - Provide appropriate solutions, such as transferring calls or scheduling appointments. - Assess the urgency of incoming calls and take necessary action. - Contact relevant parties promptly to address urgent matters. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers. - Effective problem-solving abilities. - Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks. - Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred. - Comfortable working remotely and independently. - Familiarity with basic computer programs and call center software.
