Job Requirements: - Excellent attendance record - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities - Proficient PC skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute - Successful completion of a Federal and County Criminal Background Check - Prior experience in General Dispatch, preferably in Freight or Transport dispatching - Knowledge of the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas is highly desirable
