Position Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum - Ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment in compliance with regulations - Conduct home visits and parent/teacher meetings as required - Administer developmental assessments and update Individualized Education Plans - Maintain accurate records and reports - Foster positive relationships with staff, parents, and volunteers - Provide personalized services to children with special needs - Attend mandatory meetings Preferred Qualifications: - Child Development Associate Teacher permit (Required) - Associate's degree in Child Development or related field with classroom experience (Required) - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Preferred) - Valid CPR and First Aid certification
