Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of light duty fleet vehicles. - Conduct diagnostic assessments and repair work, with a focus on Ford and Chevy vans and trucks. - Work efficiently and effectively, demonstrating technical proficiency and attention to detail. - Complete tasks according to established procedures and safety guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience. - Valid Driver’s License. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. - Strong technical skills in automotive maintenance and repair. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
