Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain personal injury claims for the law firm. - Summarize and organize medical records, preparing reports for attorneys. - Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments. - Draft legal documents such as pleadings and interrogatory responses. - Prepare and file documents with courts. - Organize and archive documents related to completed and ongoing cases. - Keep track of changes in the legal framework and provide timely updates. - Monitor clients' medical treatment and keep insurance adjusters updated. - Prepare files for depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Requirements: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience with personal injury litigation. - Ability to manage and maintain personal injury claims effectively. - Proficiency in drafting pleadings, managing court deadlines, and dealing with discovery. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills for client contact and interaction with insurance adjusters. - Self-motivation and ability to work independently. - Knowledge of legal research methods and procedures. - Familiarity with preparing files for various legal proceedings such as depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
