**Education/Experience:** - High school diploma or GED required. - 5+ years of experience in CNC programming & setups. - Trade School, College Certificates, or Degrees in Manufacturing Technology and CNC Programming preferred. - Experience in managing machine shop personnel. **Requirements:** To excel in this role, candidates must: - Possess expert-level CNC programming & setup skills. - Have familiarity with CMMS programs. - Be acquainted with Mori Seiki control systems. - Demonstrate effective people management skills. - Exhibit proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. **Strong Organizational Skills:** - Maintain well-organized shop facilities. - Manage the flow of multiple work orders efficiently. - Design and arrange tooling in a professional manner. - Oversee the management of shop supplies and tools.
