**Position Description:** Willamette Sky Counseling is currently seeking licensed mental health therapists and associate mental health therapists to join our team. We have openings for both part-time (15+ hours weekly) and full-time (20+ hours weekly) clinicians. This position offers a combination of in-person and remote telehealth work. At Willamette Sky Counseling, our mission is to enhance access to mental health services across Oregon. Our team of experienced and collaborative clinicians provides therapy services to our community through both traditional in-person sessions and telehealth appointments. **Qualifications:** - Licensed Therapists must hold a valid State of Oregon License. - Associate Therapists must possess or be able to acquire a Registered Associate number in the State of Oregon. - All candidates must be able to pass a background check. - Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in a team setting through research and information sharing. - Strong passion for helping others, with a commitment to empathy, acceptance, and patience. - Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
