Job Responsibilities: - Conduct property inspections, including move-out inspections, submitting bids, and ensuring properties are rent-ready. - Perform various maintenance tasks, such as repairing damaged walls, fences, and windows, as well as conducting lawn and landscape maintenance. - Secure properties by changing locks, boarding up windows and doors, and removing trash and debris. - Complete winterization tasks and perform handyman duties as needed. - Work independently in a fast-paced environment and adhere to specific turnaround times. - Maintain attention to detail, follow work order instructions, and communicate effectively. - Document work through photography and ensure proper equipment/tools are available for property preservation. - Possess a basic understanding of construction practices (preferred). - Have reliable transportation and pass a background check or have an ABC # with Aspen Grove. Requirements: - Ability to work independently and meet specific turnaround times. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills. - Basic construction knowledge is advantageous. - Must have the necessary equipment/tools/locks for property preservation work. - Access to a smartphone and the internet. - Reliable transportation.
