Responsibilities: - Complete Front Desk checklist activities, including guest service and marketing duties. - Provide a warm welcome to guests and visitors, maintaining professional conduct. - Greet guests promptly, engage in friendly interactions, and listen to their requests. - Utilize operational and selling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue. - Handle guest registration, input and retrieve information, and process payments. - Maintain cash bank, handle cash transactions, and balance cash. - Adhere to accounting procedures and communicate effectively with all hotel departments. - Ensure timely check-in and check-out processes, coordinating with housekeeping staff. - Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized experiences for guests. - Operate front office telephone and computer systems, promptly responding to inquiries. - Address guest complaints professionally, escalating issues to management as necessary. - Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures. - Perform other requested duties and responsibilities.
