Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of top fleets and government accounts within a specific territory. - Support National/Strategic Account initiatives to drive sales growth. - Collaborate with Dealer Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to expand business opportunities with top fleets. - Provide training and promote adoption of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions among CSRs. - Gather competitive market intelligence and share insights with the market team. - Maintain communication with District Dealer Manager (DDM) and Region Manager to align business objectives and dealer performance. - Develop and execute fleet-specific annual business plans through fieldwork with prospective and current fleet customers. Minimum Qualifications: - Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent commercial selling work experience. - Demonstrated ability to consistently execute business strategies. - Strong customer interaction and presentation skills. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with others. - Proven track record of delivering results. - Capability to teach and train others effectively. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Process-driven approach to tasks and responsibilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Proficient utilization of CRM/Salesforce on a daily basis.
