Responsibilities: - Develop and execute an IT and Security Risk Management plan, aiding informed decision-making across various risk categories. - Foster trust-based relationships with peers and leaders, driving towards risk reduction methodologies. - Analyze key risks, define criteria for risk tradeoffs, and recommend actions to minimize overall risk posture. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure risk measures and audits effectively assess and mitigate risk. - Communicate risk assessment results and track progress on risk remediation efforts. Qualifications: - Minimum five years of IT risk and controls experience, preferably with ServiceNow and Integrated Risk Management modules. - Bachelor's degree; certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, or CISSP preferred. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management principles. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in IT risk assessments, controls testing, and risk documentation. - Ability to execute strategic initiatives and deliver effective executive presentations. - US citizenship required.
