Qualifications: - Experience advising students on college and financial aid applications. - Proven ability to manage a caseload of students, particularly those from underserved communities. - Comfortable using data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes. - Strong organizational and event coordination skills. - Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and support to students on college and financial aid applications. - Manage a caseload of students, ensuring their needs are met and progress is tracked. - Utilize data to assess student needs and implement strategies for improvement. - Coordinate and lead various events and workshops for students, including college tours and personal statement workshops. - Maintain regular in-person availability during weekday afternoons and evenings, and occasional Saturdays, to support student needs.
