**Responsibilities:** - Provide clinical oversight to clients undergoing 1:1 ABA therapy. - Maintain high clinical quality with a manageable caseload, emphasizing clinical excellence through support and clinical decision models. - Collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment plans. - Conduct functional behavior analysis, intake, and progress assessments. - Support clients and families to ensure client success. - Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures. - Teach adaptive life skills. - Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients. **Requirements:** - Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA). - Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework. - Experience working with clients with developmental needs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI). - Current TB clearance.
