**Duties:** - Plan, develop, and organize operational procedures and manuals. - Research, develop, and document technical design specifications and test scripts. - Produce electronic documentation as well as hard copy manuals. - Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation. - Analyze documents to ensure continuity of style and content. - Manage updates and revisions to technical literature. - Manage and maintain meeting documentation. **Required Skills:** - Experience in documenting technical content, including JSON, APIs, software specifications, product release notes, and product user guides. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong attention to detail. - Skilled at prioritization and multitasking. **Required Education, Experience, and Clearance:** - Bachelor’s Degree. - Proven experience in a technical writing position. - Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI). - US Citizenship required.
