**Responsibilities:** - Recruit and hire doctors and hospital support personnel based on identified needs by Hospital Administrators and Operations Leadership. - Develop and maintain effective job listings through the ATS system. - Create advertising content and place ads for each type of position. - Maintain an active hospital presence on LinkedIn and other professional Social Media platforms. - Interview all DVM candidates and facilitate on-site interviews, tours, dinners, and meet-and-greets with appropriate department heads. - Create and facilitate regular meeting times for support candidate interviews held by the Hospital Administrator. - Update Operations and Talent Acquisition leadership on candidate flow, sourcing efforts, and regional competition; track recruiting and retention metrics. - Drive in-network and external referrals and connect with the Denver Metro DVM talent pool through networking and cold calls. - Source passive candidates via resume databases, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, email, text, and telephone. - Collaborate with the Sourcing team to execute targeted campaigns and social media content. - Stay updated on new avenues to connect with talent and maintain relationships with regional campus contacts to build pipelines. **Specific Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of veterinary recruitment experience. - Strong communication, multi-tasking, and business partnering skills. - Ability to grasp new platforms and software intuitively and self-direct. - Experience with sourcing candidates via resume databases and social media platforms. - Ability to consolidate information and actions into reportable formats. - Personal style demonstrating attention to detail, commitment to results, resilience, and positivity.
