**Requirements:** - Deep understanding of soccer with experience in the club soccer landscape. - Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and personal integrity. - Timely responsiveness via verbal, email, and phone communication. - Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills. - Effective verbal communication skills. - Self-motivated and open-minded. - Proficiency in computer skills, including Google scouting database and Microsoft Office. **Relevant Experience:** - Schooling or experience in youth soccer administration and management. - Coaching elite youth athletes and soccer club management. - Experience in non-profit or business management. - Mentoring organizations and/or individuals. - Leadership roles within the youth soccer community.
