**Your Responsibilities:** - Provide clinical case coverage and support sales and marketing initiatives. - Train the surgical team to assist in achieving good patient outcomes and provide verbal support during cases. - Stay updated on perioperative surgical technology practice and hospital/ASC policies and procedures. - Develop technical expertise to serve as an educational and clinical resource. - Maintain and prepare equipment/kits for surgery and conduct quality control audits. - Troubleshoot equipment and ensure inventory accuracy. - Assist in delivering procedural training to physicians and medical staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies, including quality policy and on-label promotion. **Required Qualifications:** - Experience with procedures utilizing fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, or X-rays/radiography. - High School Diploma or GED, or associate degree with a minimum of 4 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role, preferably in a medical device company; OR - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role (Rad. Tech. / Surg. Tech., etc.), preferably in a medical device company. - Experience in customer relationship management and procedural skill development. - Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance. - Ability to travel up to 20%. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Operating Room experience, particularly exposure to surgery/surgical procedures. - Experience in spine or pain management. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
