Responsibilities: - Act as an independent purchasing/acquisition agent, representing the company professionally. - Research and identify accurate contact information for mineral owners in TX, LA, and NM. - Contact mineral owners provided by the company leads and negotiate transactions. - Provide price guidance to potential sellers. - Collaborate with the Maven team to facilitate deal closings. - Update the company's CRM database with all lead-related activities and negotiation statuses. Requirements: Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, real estate, and/or oil and gas-related work. - Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, or willingness to learn. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral. - Comfortable with cold calling and making proactive calls. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. - Entrepreneurial spirit and highly motivated to succeed. - Ability to work independently.
