Responsibilities: - Lead the SI2BU ISO 9001:2015 certification and QMS initiatives across multiple locations to ensure compliance with Serco’s Quality Management System and regulatory requirements. - Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to required standards and procedures. - Perform documented surveillances on workmanship quality, safety, and compliance. - Lead Quality Process internal audits, analyze data, and compile audit reports and metrics. - Provide leadership and direction to team members as needed. - Embrace and improve Quality Assurance and Safety initiatives, adapting to dynamic scenarios. - Engage with Serco's EHS Insight program and provide support as required. - Initiate quality and incident reports, corrective actions, and implement solutions. - Draft Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures, perform root cause analysis, and respond to Corrective Action Requests (CARs). - Provide daily/weekly status reports and maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, including leading QMS initiatives and securing ISO certification. - Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification. - Strong knowledge of eQMS technology and ISO standards, NAVSEA, Army, and Air Force quality standards. - Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technical projects. - Analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. - Expertise in shipboard and shore-based installations, operations, and maintenance. - Willingness to travel up to 25% to support project needs and external audit engagements.
