Job Responsibilities: - Enter, scan, or update database information for new enrollments and terminations of health insurance products. - Process demographic changes to member records, such as name/address/phone/email changes and primary care provider updates. - Handle enrollment or eligibility inquiries from Member Services and process duplicate ID card requests. - Utilize computer applications like Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL server to manage and report enrollment/eligibility information. Job Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year recent relevant experience in health care operations. - Knowledge of health care operations, integrated delivery systems, and health insurance concepts related to enrollment and eligibility practices. - Proficiency in computer applications commonly used in health care environments. - Previous experience as a Benefits Specialist for at least 3 years is required.
