Responsibilities: 1. Manage client finances by resolving or escalating liability disputes and ensuring timely vehicle repairs or replacements. 2. Facilitate client medical treatment by helping them understand medical advice, arranging appointments, and coordinating transportation. 3. Maintain regular and substantive communication with clients over the phone, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates. 4. Collaborate with intake and claims teams to ensure thorough case opening and documentation. 5. Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and follow directives for case resolution. 6. Assist in creating demand packages and liaise with demand writers and settlement teams. 7. Utilize Casepeer software for efficient case management and documentation.
