Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom. 2. Address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed for resolution. 3. Keep support documentation updated and assist in developing customer-facing resources. 4. Provide recommendations for product and process improvements. 5. Create scalable resources for common customer inquiries and issues. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience. - Demonstrated perseverance in resolving customer requests. - Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with others. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience guiding customers through technical solutions via chat and email is advantageous. - Showcase your unique talents!
