Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, and punctual. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of orders before they are added to our system. Duties and Responsibilities: - Scan work orders and create/print labels. - Verify the accuracy of orders by measuring and counting items. - Run picking reports and conduct quick quality inspections of production work orders. - Communicate effectively with other departments as needed. - Enter scrap data and update QC logs. - Assist in material put-away processes. - Perform other assigned job-related duties. Requirements and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. - Prior material handling/inventory experience is advantageous. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities. - Effective task assessment and prioritization skills. - Ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with RF scanners and ERP systems is a plus. - Basic math and computer skills are essential.
