Join our team as a Paving Crew Supervisor and take charge of overseeing our paving operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising paving crews, coordinating with superintendents and clients, and ensuring project requirements are met. Additionally, you'll be responsible for calculating material orders, monitoring work progress and safety standards, and operating and maintaining paving equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise paving crews, including scheduling and task assignment. - Coordinate with superintendents and clients to meet project requirements. - Calculate and manage material orders. - Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards. - Operate and maintain paving equipment. - Maintain inventory of materials and equipment. - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. - Train and mentor team members. Qualifications: - Multiple years of experience in asphalt paving and construction. - Strong knowledge of paving equipment and techniques. - Ability to read and interpret blueprint plans and project specifications. - Proven leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain one. - Dust card and competent person certification are a plus.
