Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Configure applications according to client specifications and established guidelines. - Provide remote training to customers on basic application functionality. - Enter customer information into proprietary applications accurately. - Gather requirements from internal and external clients to coordinate implementation workload effectively. - Document project progress using Salesforce. - Escalate issues to the Manager of Implementation and Training as needed. - Adhere to deadlines and turnaround times set by the Manager. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Leadership team. Minimum requirements: High School Diploma, reliability, proficiency with computers and technology. Preferred: office environment experience, MS Office proficiency, professional phone demeanor, strong communication skills, initiative-taking, and a diligent work ethic.
