What You'll Do: - Manage up to 100 inbound calls, reaching out to consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts for our clients. - Calculate settlement amounts within client and management guidelines. - Consistently achieve monthly collection goals by effectively managing an open queue of accounts. What You Need: - Strong verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to handle account queues and inbound call volume. - Previous customer service experience is preferred.
