Responsibilities: - Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures - Assist office manager in client communication and correspondence (written and verbal) - Schedule appointments and handle data entry tasks - Order office supplies, shop supplies, and auto parts - Occasionally go on parts runs and perform light physical labor (lifting up to 40 lbs) - Handle clerical functions in the absence of the office manager - Maintain paperless filing system and assist in HR responsibilities as needed Requirements: - Punctuality, respectfulness, and a positive attitude - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to operate a Mac computer and scanner - Experience with Quickbooks, Numbers, Pages, Excel, and Word - High school diploma required; college or trade school encouraged - Clean driving record required Availability: - Must be available to work Monday to Friday and some Saturdays
