Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming customer calls and emails - Assist customers with product repairs, replacement parts, and product selection - Provide support for website inquiries - Handle shipping, billing, and logistical issues - Occasionally participate in outside sales, marketing, and trade shows Requirements: - Excellent communication and people skills - Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone calls - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and contact management software - Technical and mechanical aptitude is a plus Notes: - No outgoing cold calling or solicitation involved - Cross-training within sales and customer service expected - Commitment to excellence and learning new things is required
