**Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at increasing robot utilization. - Lead surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications. - Serve as an expert in da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties. - Support regional Sales and Marketing events to enhance system awareness and procedure adoption. - Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent system usage. - Drive the expansion of the user base by collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders. - Promote the sales of instruments and accessories. - Mentor new team members to foster high performance within the clinical sales team. - Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and submission of expense reports responsibly. **Qualifications:** *This position may be hired at a lower profile.* **Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:** - Bachelor's degree required. - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales. - Ambitious mindset and strong work ethic. - Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary. - Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
