Responsibilities: 1. Understand ECI products and services thoroughly and convey their value to customers effectively. 2. Foster relationships with existing customers in your base. 3. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with customers and present solutions. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive the sales process. 5. Use a consultative approach to tailor solutions to client needs. 6. Manage the entire sales cycle, meeting or exceeding targets. 7. Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries promptly. 8. Build strong customer relationships to increase references and retention. 9. Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce. 10. Achieve sales quota goals as per the strategic plan. 11. Meet communication benchmarks outlined in the plan. Qualifications: 1. Successful sales track record, preferably in software or technology. 2. Experience selling to manufacturing customers is advantageous. 3. Understanding of manufacturing processes is helpful. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. 8. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 9. Comfort with long periods of sitting and speaking, especially for online meetings and demos.
