What You'll Do: 1. Serve as the initial point of contact for BigID customers, ensuring positive first impressions and valuable interactions. 2. Utilize prospecting tools, marketing initiatives, and social channels to identify potential prospects across various levels within target accounts. 3. Promptly follow up on marketing programs such as event and webinar invitations. 4. Conduct effective prospecting, education, qualification, and development of target accounts and leads. 5. Collaborate with assigned Account Executives (AEs) to strategize outbound prospecting efforts and coordinate activities within specific territories. 6. Maintain a thorough understanding of BigID products, competitors, and market trends. 7. Manage client data accurately in the company's CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged, information is correct, and relevant documents are attached. What You'll Bring: 1. Minimum of 1 year of prior sales development or inside sales experience, preferably within a Software/High Tech company. 2. Comfortable engaging with and building relationships with C-level executives. 3. Team-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to collective success and help achieve shared goals. 4. Tenacity and initiative, able to persist in the face of challenges and occasional rejection. 5. Consistent performance demonstrated regardless of obstacles encountered.
