Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to comprehend the needs and pain points of our sales team and customers. - Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and other internal partners to define the UX vision for sales tools and platforms. - Partner with internal technology teams to design, drive, and implement Salesforce UX improvements enhancing Sales team productivity. - Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) that prioritize intuitiveness, user-friendliness, and productivity. - Develop and maintain a Salesforce UI & UX optimization roadmap. - Create and document guidelines and best practices for Salesforce UX. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce UX/UI functionality. - Partner with internal stakeholders to redesign their respective focus areas to optimize the overall system. - Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for experience design within the Sales Systems & Process team. - Own requirements documentation, including BRDs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes, mockups, or other assets used to collect business needs. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Technology, primarily focused on Salesforce. - Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing user-centered solutions driving business results. - Experience in developing a user-experience roadmap with a focus on continuous improvement. - Proficiency with the full sales cycle, from lead to cash, and understanding of various go-to-market roles in an enterprise software company. - Salesforce Admin Certification required; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and/or other advanced certifications preferred. - Strong understanding of user research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and persona development. - Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Passion for sales and a deep understanding of the sales process. - Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., CVI, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC) is advantageous.
